All content, designs, CAD models, blueprints, structural analyses, trademarks, and intellectual property provided on this website or during our engineering services remain the exclusive property of NEXUS ENGINEERING WORKS PTY LTD or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for their intended project purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer our intellectual property without express written consent.

Our engineering, fabrication, and project management services are provided for industrial, commercial, and civil applications. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to perform our services. You must use our services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all relevant Australian standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

Quotes provided by NEXUS ENGINEERING WORKS PTY LTD are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project agreement or invoice. Generally, a deposit is required before commencement of fabrication or extensive engineering work. Progress payments may apply for long-term projects. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law, and we reserve the right to suspend work if accounts are in arrears.

While we strive to meet all estimated project timelines and delivery dates, these are estimates only and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a binding contract. NEXUS ENGINEERING WORKS PTY LTD is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or delays in client approvals and information provision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS ENGINEERING WORKS PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services or your access to our website at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any outstanding payments for work completed up to the date of termination will become immediately due and payable.
